House Rub Now Available - It's finally here! The standard issue House Rub is in stores.

It all started with a day trip to Whistler, BC to see a bbq competition in the summer of 2004. Innocently bbq magic happened that day.

Many of us cook outdoors. It's even something we grew up with... dad cooking steaks or an uncle cooking burgers at the picnic. That's what we knew of bbq until experiencing a bbq competition.

On the return home to Vancouver, the very beginnings of House of Q was born. Glenn and Brian declared they were going to compete at the same competition in Whistler the next year.

A couple of years later after quite a few competitions and gathering a collection of bbq awards from all over North America, House of Q is now more than just a couple of guys who love to cook. The duo has been featured on Global TV BC providing the BBQ Tip of Week and demonstrating on the Outdoor Stage at the BC Home and Garden Show. They have also launched their own line of award winning bbq sauces and if you can catch them, they teach cooking classes.

Imagine that? It really was only supposed to be a simple day trip to Whistler but by looking at the smiles on their faces, there really is something else to experience around the House of Q.
