Glenn Erho
Glenn's professional
life is a tenuous balance between formal project management
duties and down and dirty technical work at BC Hydro Engineering.
These roles utilize Glenn's communication skills, people skills
and technical capabilities.
Outside of work (and when not in the kitchen), Glenn enjoys
spending time with his wife and two young boys. He looks forward
to opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with his family.
Glenn's cooking skills are self-taught, but a few diverse courses
(sushi, grilling and Creole cooking) have served to round out
his skill set. While his current focus revolves around slow
cooking, grilling, braising, soups and Asian-influenced dishes
are favorites.
